Swiss luxury replica watches making brand Audemars Piguet launched the latest cooperation with Carolina Bucci-the new Royal Oak Royal Oak series 34mm black ceramic self-winding watch limited edition.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak series,
the Italian jewelry designer has created a unique colored mirror effect dial,paying tribute to the classic Tapisserie check design,presenting a refreshing and elegant visual effect.

Stunningly Subtle Beauty
In the third cooperation with Audemars Piguet swiss replica watches,Carolina Bucci did not continue to use her expertise in hammering and frosting gold,
but designed a stunning dial for pure black ceramic swiss replica watches.
The designer,keen to take on new challenges,is committed to highlighting the beauty of contrasts-the dial is black at first glance,
but on closer inspection you can appreciate the brilliant colors reflected in it,forming an radiant Tapisserie check effect.
In order to achieve this design,a layer of sapphire crystal glass needs to be covered on the top of the brass dial.
The front adopts a microstructure process to carve countless tiny squares,refracting colorful iridescent light and shadow,
and the back is treated with a specially developed metal spraying process,creating a mirror effect that allows light to cast a vivid brilliance on the dial.
The iridescent effect reflected by each dial is different,giving each watch a unique beauty.
This limited edition luxury replica watches also comes with a presentation box also designed by Carolina Bucci.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak collection,
the jewelry designer pays tribute to the classic design of 1972 with a nuanced embossed Tapisserie check effect.
Contrasting beauty of different materials
The case and strap are made of black ceramic,and the hexagonal screws that fix the bezel are made of rose gold,adding eye-catching embellishments while also forming an elegant color contrast.
All parts of the case and strap are alternately treated with Audemars Piguet’s signature satin-finished and polished chamfers,presenting a rich light and shadow effect.
The strap design has been tweaked to be more visually appealing.
The pins that connect the links to the pins are embedded directly inside and are no longer exposed on the side of the strap.
Through the sapphire crystal glass titanium case back engraved with the words”Limited Edition Carolina Bucci”(Carolina Bucci Limited Edition),
the exquisite structure of the Caliber 5800 movement is fully visible.
The movement has hours,minutes,seconds and date displays,and is equipped with a 22K rose gold automatic oscillating weight.
It uses the same finishing process as the bezel screws,hour markers and hands,including microbead sandblasting,polishing and satin polishing,showing Elegance.
The dial no longer uses the abbreviation”AP”,
but replaces it with the brand’s full name Logo.
Due to the unique dial design of Carolina Bucci,
the logo is engraved on the top of the sapphire crystal glass dial and covered with white lacquer.
Evolving Partnerships
In 2016,Audemars Piguet collaborated with Carolina Bucci for the first time.
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first Royal Oak women’s luxury replica watches created by Jacqueline Dimier in 1976,
the Italian designer was invited to reinterpret the Gérald Genta original design.
She worked closely with Audemars Piguet watchmakers to apply,
the ancient gold hammering process in Florence to the complex structure of the Royal Oak Royal Oak series watches,and developed the Frosted Gold frost gold finishing process.
The frost gold process refers to hammering fine indentations on the solid gold surface with a tool with a diamond tip,creating a”diamond stardust”-like finish.
Witnessed by Jacqueline Dimier,Audemars Piguet released the first collaboration with Carolina Bucci to the world,launching Ref.15454(37 mm)and Ref.67652(33 mm),
both including white gold and rose gold models.
The journey of cooperation between Audemars Piguet and Carolina Bucci started here
Since 2016,
the frosted gold finish has been applied to many luxury replica watches series of Audemars Piguet,
adding a sparkling beauty to timepieces of different sizes and equipped with various complex functions.
In 2018,Carolina Bucci designed a limited-edition 300-piece Royal Oak series self-winding watch Ref.15454BA for Audemars Piguet.
The whole body is made of gold and decorated with frosted gold,with a unique dial.
Instead of the iconic Tapisserie design,
the Carolina Bucci has replaced it with a mirrored dial,
whose smooth surface is reminiscent of a calm lake reflecting the surrounding scenery.
This mirrored dial seems simple,
but Audemars Piguet craftsmen finally achieved the desired effect after overcoming numerous technical challenges.
This year,Carolina Bucci ingeniously created a tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak series,using black ceramic material with a radiant dial,creating an unimaginable light and shadow effect in sharp contrast.
Brilliant colors and restrained and rigorous aesthetics give the new Royal Oak 34mm self-winding watch a unique charm.
