Rosa Mystica and the rest of the creations in the Grand Feu collection are an ode to traditional crafts. The enamellers, engravers, chain makers and many others are artists, “golden hands” dedicated to the Maison Parmigiani Fleurier who masterfully shape and tame the material.
Among the petals of this watchmaking flower, Parmigiani Fleurier Replica Watches Store has hidden a hand-wound minute repeating caliber with cathedral gongs. Its skeletonization and bevelling bring together the best of Parmigiani Fleurier’s watchmaking expertise and craftsmanship in a unique and poetic piece.
Rosa Mystica and Rosa Celeste bear all the hallmarks of the La Rose Carrée pocket watch. Rosa Celeste takes these details to a higher level of ease and simplicity that make these pieces unique. In this version, Parmigiani Fleurier equipped the case with a hand-stitched red alligator leather strap, and made the case back also made of alligator leather. Parmigiani Fleurier carved the case from a block of white gold and set it at 42mm in diameter. The watchmaker engraved the La Rose Carrée pattern on the bezel, lugs and edges by hand. The watchmaker chisels these notches into the hard surface of the metal, one inside the other in an algorithmic order. The job requires extreme precision, an impressive time commitment, and a steady hand guaranteed by years of experience.
A hinge, located at 2 o’clock on the reverse of these unique pieces, articulates the hunter caseback.
On its outer face it shows a large square fractal rose, also engraved by hand and covered with multiple layers of colored enamel. On the other side, these unique pieces feature a solid white gold dial, with a hand-engraved surface. Throughout the width and depth of the dial, the watchmaker has executed countless small engravings with flawless regularity. Once the watchmaker has prepared the surface, the enameller takes over and applies the same shades as the Hunter case back, looking for the same level of tone and light and shadow effects thanks to the depth of work carried out by the engraver.
In both cases, on the dial and on the cover, the technique used is Grand Feu enamel. Each gold item is first covered with crushed glass enamel, ground finer with each layer, pigmented with metal oxides, and tinted to the color of the base metal. The firing process is carried out at a high temperature, 800 degrees Celsius,
and must be controlled and repeated for each of the six layers applied. Each firing melts and glazes the glaze, but also risks re-firing already glazed lower layers.
The precision of temperatures, times, materials and pigments plays a crucial role here.

The gong that makes the sound is the cathedral gong. Its exceptional length, spanning one and a half trips around the movement, delivers a deeper,
richer sound, more sustained vibration, and more palpable intensity. In order to fully realize this potential, Parmigiani Fleurier has carefully designed the case to optimize the sound of the movement. The watchmaker suspends the movement in the case and physically connects the root of the gong to the case with two screws. The caseback and center of the case have been redesigned
to create pockets of resonance and lighten the mass of white gold.
These two aspects help to increase the acoustic quality of the peal and its range.
One last quality criterion is that the ringing sequence automatically skips the dead time. Thus, at 3:19, the watch chimes three quarter-hour chimes followed by two quarter-hour
chimes and, in the absence of silence, up to four more minute chimes.
This device, unusual in the world of minute repeaters, is an indispensable feature for Parmigiani Fleurier.
The Maison’s legendary criteria of ergonomics and directly perceptible quality are also reflected in a run time
extended to 72 hours, that is to say three full days, another rarity for this complication.
The movement, though concealed by a solid dial on one side and its hunter caseback on the other,
has undergone extensive artistic skeletonization. Normally visible by the disappearance of the dial, here it is reserved for the owner and his closest confidants,
a private and exclusive pleasure that speaks to the unique nature of the Grand Feu Collection. The shape given to the bridges, the cut of their profile,
and the size and extension of their fretwork are artistic signatures,
markers of aesthetic identity and indicators of the care taken in execution and details.
Parmigiani Fleurier fake has taken this approach to the extreme. The skeletonization of the PF355 caliber is reminiscent of that of the PF361 caliber, known as Chronor,
